1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland & Islands)

  • Selected International Destinations (please check availability at checkout)

If your location is not listed, please contact us at info@gheelicious.com to confirm whether shipping is available to your region.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Mainland 2–4 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
International 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and DHL, depending on your delivery location and order size.
Carrier selection is automatically determined for the most efficient and secure delivery.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Gheelicious is not liable for any delays or charges resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.


7. Damaged or Missing Orders

We take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders.
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@gheelicious.com within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)

We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Gheelicious is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
